Our Mission
Firekeeper Alliance exists to restore fire as a tool for healing the land, protecting communities, and building healthier, more resilient ecosystems. We combine cultural fire practices, modern fire management, and regenerative land stewardship to reduce catastrophic wildfire risk, restore natural balance, and support long-term environmental resilience.
Our mission is rooted in respect for the generations of knowledge that understood fire as an essential part of healthy landscapes. By honoring those traditions alongside modern science and practical wildfire management, we work to help communities, landowners, and organizations create safer, stronger, and more sustainable environments for future generations.
Through education, consulting, training, and collaborative land stewardship, Firekeeper Alliance is committed to helping people reconnect with the land and use fire responsibly as a force for restoration, resilience, and renewal.

A Powerful Tool
Our Vision and Approach
For generations, fire has been misunderstood, feared, suppressed, and treated as an enemy. Yet for thousands of years before that, fire was medicine. It was knowledge. It was a tool of renewal, culture, and stewardship.
FireKeeper Alliance exists to bring that wisdom forward. We work at the crossroads of heritage, science, and stewardship, combining Indigenous cultural burn knowledge, the expertise of wildland fire practitioners, and leadership in structural and industrial firefighting. Together, these perspectives form a unified approach to fire that prioritizes regeneration, ecological health, and community education.
Through education, field training, demonstration burns, and partnerships with tribes, landowners, conservation groups, and agencies, we are restoring fire to its rightful place not as a threat, but as a teacher and healer. Our work supports climate resilience, protects both people and ecosystems, and creates pathways for a new workforce rooted in purpose, culture, and service.
FireKeeper Alliance is more than a company. It is a return to balance. A movement reconnecting land, people, and tradition. The land has been waiting for this. So have we.
